Functie

Develop your client portfolio

  • Build and maintain relationships with technology leaders and hiring managers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand existing partnerships.
  • Understand clients' growth plans, challenges, and recruitment needs.
  • Advise clients on talent market trends and hiring strategies.



Connect with top talent

  • Identify, attract, and engage highly skilled professionals.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews to understand candidates' ambitions and motivations.
  • Guide candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support professionals in making important career decisions.



Drive successful recruitment projects

  • Manage recruitment assignments from A to Z.
  • Match talent with business needs.
  • Negotiate offers and facilitate successful placements.
  • Build long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.

Profiel

You don't necessarily need recruitment experience to succeed.

We are looking for individuals who:

  • Speak English with at least a native level in French OR Dutch.
  • Are passionate about building relationships.
  • Have a strong commercial mindset.
  • Enjoy working towards ambitious goals.
  • Are naturally curious and eager to learn about businesses and industries.
  • Thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Possess excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Are resilient, proactive, and results-oriented.



Experience in sales, consulting, business development, customer success, hospitality, banking, or recruitment is considered a plus.
