Operational, people management, industrial relations
Ensure an efficient, on time and correct employee administration and payroll calculation for all internal employees in accordance with local legislation and company agreements. In addition: organize the follow up of our international payroll employees (split-secondments-international employment). Support the HR Director in numerous reporting activities and projects.
