As Freelance Warehouse Project Manager, you will report to the Head of Logistics Europe and take ownership of the warehouse setup project from the final tender phase through operational go-live and partner performance stabilization. The warehouse is planned to go live in Q1 2027 and will be operated by a 3PL partner.

In deze veelzijdige functie zorg je voor een optimale klantenservice, een vlotte orderverwerking en een nauwe samenwerking met het externe sales team.
As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient flow of goods, inventory accuracy, and timely order fulfillment. You will work closely with multiple departments to maintain high quality standards, support logistics operations, and deliver excellent customer service.
Als Customer Service bied je ondersteuning aan klanten via verschillende communicatiekanalen. Je zorgt voor een efficiënte en klantgerichte aanpak van vragen en verzoeken.
Als Order Management Specialist bewaakt je het volledige traject van klantorder tot levering en zorg je ervoor dat elke klant zich gehoord en geholpen voelt. Je combineert nauwkeurige orderverwerking met proactieve communicatie naar klanten en interne teams.
This position works in close collaboration with the Commercial Sales team, as well as with other internal and external stakeholders in our supply chain. Reporting to Supply Chain Manager.
