Grégory holds a Master’s degree in Management from HEC Liège (University of Liège). He started his career as a Financial Auditor at a Big 4 firm before joining Michael Page Brussels, where he naturally specialised in recruiting financial professionals.
After three years, he expanded his expertise by moving to Luxembourg, focusing on senior-level recruitment within investment funds, banking, and other financial services. In 2012, he took on the responsibility of leading Michael Page Luxembourg's operations.
In 2014, Grégory returned to Belgium as Head of Michael Page’s Brussels office. Under his leadership, the development and seniorisation of teams enhanced service quality and strengthened the firm’s industry impact.
Today, Gregory oversees all Michael Page operations in Belgium, driven by a single objective across the three brands (Page Executive, Michael Page & Page Personnel): to be the first-class partner for all our customers.
