To support this strategic ambition, they are looking for an AI Integration Analyst who will play a central role in identifying, implementing, and driving the adoption of AI-powered solutions throughout the organization.

Job Description

As AI Integration Analyst, you will act as the link between business teams, project management, IT stakeholders, and international AI communities.

Your mission will be to accelerate the practical adoption of AI by identifying high-value opportunities, supporting implementation projects, delivering training and workshops, and helping employees integrate AI tools into their day-to-day activities: AI Opportunity Identification & Business Engagement

  • Facilitate workshops with business and IT stakeholders to identify AI use cases.
  • Assess and prioritize opportunities according to business value, feasibility, and organizational impact.Translate business challenges into practical AI and automation solutions.
  • Support departments in identifying productivity and efficiency gains through AI.



AI Implementation & Project Support

  • Coordinate and follow up on AI implementation projects across different business functions.
  • Work closely with project managers, data analysts, IT teams, and external partners.
  • Monitor project progress, adoption levels, and business outcomes.
  • Ensure AI initiatives are aligned with governance, compliance, and security requirements.



Training, Adoption & Change Management

  • Develop and deliver AI training sessions, awareness programs, and workshops.
  • Promote best practices for the use of AI technologies throughout the organization.
  • Drive user adoption through communication, coaching, and continuous support.
  • Contribute to the development of the organization's overall AI capabilities and maturity.



International Collaboration

  • Collaborate with colleagues and AI specialists from international entities.
  • Share knowledge, use cases, and implementation experiences.
  • Support the rollout of international AI initiatives at a local level.
  • Act as an ambassador for AI-driven transformation within the business.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in AI implementation, digital transformation, innovation, business analysis, project management, process improvement, or technology consulting.
  • Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and emerging AI technologies.
  • Experience working within the Microsoft ecosystem (Microsoft 365, Copilot, Power Platform, Power Automate, Azure AI, or similar technologies).
  • Understanding of APIs, system integrations, data flows, and enterprise technology environments.
  • Experience supporting change management, training initiatives, and technology adoption.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Hands-on technical or programming experience is considered an asset but is not required.
  • Good command of Dutch and excellent English communication skills. French would be an advantage but is not required.
