Job Description

As Business Developer Manager, you will :

  • Develop and execute growth strategies to expand market presence and drive revenue.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and client acquisition.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring long-term collaboration.
  • Lead contract negotiations to secure profitable agreements and competitive pricing.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine business strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations) to optimize service delivery.
  • Monitor and evaluate performance metrics, adjusting strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking to enhance market position.



The Successful Applicant

The successful Business Developer Manager has the following profile :

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field
  • Good knowledge of French, Dutch and English
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management with a min. 8-10 years
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, able to influence stakeholders and close deals.
  • Strategic mindset, with the ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
  • Results-driven and proactive approach, focused on achieving revenue and expansion goals.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex challenges.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, thriving in a fast-paced and evolving industry.
