Job Description

Hospitality & Member Experience

  • Welcome members, visitors and guests with a professional and friendly attitude
  • Build strong relationships with members and anticipate their needs
  • Manage reception, emails and daily member requests
  • Ensure meeting rooms and common areas are always ready



Community & Events

  • Organize breakfasts, networking events, BBQs and catering
  • Help create an engaging and inspiring community atmosphere
  • Support onboarding of new members



Administration & Office Coordination

  • Manage badges, member administration and invoicing support
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings
  • Handle administrative follow-up and maintain accurate records
  • Work closely with your Community Host colleague to ensure smooth daily operations

The Successful Applicant

  • You have previous experience in hospitality, reception, office management or customer service
  • You enjoy interacting with people and naturally create a welcoming atmosphere
  • You are proactive, organized and solution-oriented
  • You are comfortable working independently
  • You are fluent in Dutch, French and English
  • You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office



What's on Offer

  • Full-time (38 hours/week)
  • Monday to Friday (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM)
  • 20 vacation days + 5 extra days
