As a Management Assistant, you are a key contributor to the smooth functioning of the team, providing comprehensive operational, administrative, and legal support to partners and directors. You help streamline processes, ensure high-quality service delivery, and actively support a dynamic and digital work environment.

Detail-oriented and proactive, you take pride in delivering accurate work and consistently strive for excellence in all aspects of your role.Your Key Responsibilities

Operational & Digital Excellence

  • Use tools like Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint in your daily work.
  • Keep the CRM system up to date (contacts and opportunities).
  • Manage tasks in SAP, such as opening files, invoicing, closing files, and updating roles.
  • Support billing and prepare basic administrative reports.



Communication & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Support partners and directors in workload management and priority tracking.
  • Sort, screen, and prioritize incoming correspondence, drafting responses where appropriate and flagging key actions.



Planning & Coordination

  • Manage calendars and schedule both internal and external meetings.
  • Organize meetings, including invitations, registrations, logistics, and follow-up.
  • Monitor deadlines, priorities, and workload for partners and directors.

Profil recherché

Profile :

  • You have a bachelor's degree in Office Management, Management Assistance, or a similar field, or you have equivalent experience in a legal or professional services environment.
  • You are comfortable using technology and can adapt easily to new tools.
  • You speak and write both English and French fluently.
  • You work well in a fast-changing environment, can manage changing priorities easily, and are confident working on your own.
  • You are comfortable being the first point of contact between teams and helping others use internal tools and follow procedures as you gain experience.
  • You take initiative, focus on solutions, and can meet deadlines efficiently.
  • You stay calm under pressure and are flexible in your work.
