Job Description

  • Oversee financial controlling activities across Europe and neighboring markets
  • Supervise accounting teams, including Accounts Payable & Receivable
  • Monitor credit management, collections, and invoicing processes
  • Ensure accurate financial reporting including monthly closings and KPIs
  • Analyze performance vs. budget, forecast, and historical benchmarks
  • Lead budgeting cycles and cash flow forecasting (short-term liquidity)
  • Define and enforce internal controls, compliance, and audit procedures
  • Manage tax filings and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Partner closely with senior leadership on financial strategy
  • Drive continuous improvement across finance systems and processes (SAP)



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
  • 8-10 years of experience in controlling within an industrial/manufacturing environment
  • Strong expertise in SAP or similar ERP systems
  • Advanced analytical and financial modeling capabilities
  • Fluency in English; German, French and/or Turkish is a plus
  • Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
