We are looking for a detail-oriented Fraud Analyst controller to oversee and enhance financial processes within the Energy & Natural Resources industry. This temporary role focuses on ensuring compliance and efficiency in financial operations based in Brussels.

Functie

As a Fraud Analyst Controller your responsibilities are:

  • Monitor transactions, accounts, and activities to identify suspicious patterns and potential fraud.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Identify areas for improvement in financial operations and propose actionable solutions.
  • Prepare and present detailed financial reports to relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor anti-fraud policies and procedures.
  • Support in audits and ensure timely resolution of identified issues.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of financial processes and procedures.
  • Provide insights for risk management and mitigation strategies.

Profiel

A successful Fraud Analyst Controller should have:

  • Experience in fraud analysis, internal controls, risk management and compliance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in financial reporting and internal auditing.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.
  • English or/and French knowledge
  • Ability to prepare and present reports to management and stakeholders.
