Job Description

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting daily office operations. Your responsibilities will include:

The Successful Applicant

  • You are graduated in Administration, Office Management, Languages, Business, or equivalent
  • Fluent in French and/or Dutch, with a good command of English

  • Organized, detail‑oriented, and eager to take initiative
  • Communicative, proactive, and capable of working in a fast‑paced environment
