Job Description

As Office Assistant, you will be the main point of contact within the office and help ensure a seamless workplace experience.

  • Welcome employees, visitors, contractors and suppliers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Coordinate workplace and facility services to support daily operations.
  • Manage and follow up on maintenance requests and service tickets.
  • Provide administrative support to the onsite management team.
  • Ensure compliance with security, health & safety and emergency procedures.
  • Respond to questions, requests and complaints while delivering excellent service.


The Successful Applicant

  • You have at least a first experience in reception, hospitality, facilities or office management.
  • Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
  • Service minded, customer oriented with excellent communication skills.
  • Professional, proactive and solution-oriented attitude.
  • Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
