As Executive Assistant, you will coordinate the day-to-day activities of the Secretariat and support the delivery of a strategic industry pilot involving major financial institutions. You will combine project coordination, governance support and stakeholder management to ensure smooth collaboration across all participants.

Job Description

  • Coordinate the delivery of the agreed pilot project.
  • Track milestones, timelines, risks and deliverables.
  • Organise Board and Working Group meetings.
  • Prepare agendas, minutes and decision logs.
  • Manage project documentation and records.
  • Coordinate follow-up actions with stakeholders.
  • Act as the main point of contact between participating organisations.
  • Facilitate communication and information sharing.
  • Support governance processes and reporting activities.
  • Prepare progress updates for the Board.
  • Assist with recommendations for future phases of the initiative.



The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in Executive Assistant, Project Coordinator, PMO or Secretariat roles.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills.
  • Experience supporting senior stakeholders, boards or committees.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and proactively.
  • Professional, reliable and diplomatic.
  • Fluent English.
  • Available for a part-time assignment (3 days per week).
