Our client is seeking a Personal Assistant to support them with a wide range of daily tasks and responsibilities. This is a varied and dynamic position offering significant exposure to different aspects of the business. The client is open-minded regarding the candidate profile; however, prior experience in the luxury sector is essential.

Job Description

You will be in charge of, involved in:

  • Maintaining calendar and appointments
  • Arranging high level business / private travels (international and domestic)
  • Archiving , updating contact databases, syncing (?) i-phones/computers and update notebooks.
  • Organizing (business/private) meetings, lunches, dinners and special events
  • Preparing, translating and/or editing correspondence, emails, communications, presentations...
  • Ensuring Community management. Developing and maintaining high level corporate social media.
  • Running marketing campaigns for top level, national and international contacts and events, for audiovisual, photography, architecture and digital projects.
  • Ensuring Personal support (e.g. personal holidays, organizational support for family, family admin…)
  • Managing family affairs and estate (accountant, bank, electricity, telecom, gardener, housekeeper…)



This position will liaise closely and efficiently with the existing staff in Paris, Brussels and Ghent.

Autonomous position based at the choice of candidate in Brussels (preferred), Paris or Ghent, with frequent trips to business offices, client sites and private locations (Ghent, Brussels, Liege area and Paris).

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree required (Business school, Communication degree, Office and traffic Management, Executive Assistant, Foreign Languages…)
  • Experience in international, top level Professional and Private Assistance is a plus.
  • Excellent coordination, organization and follow-up skills
  • Oral and written full fluency in English, French. Dutch is a strong asset.
  • Excellent communication, writing and social media editing skills. Copywriting is a plus.
  • Excellent IT knowledge in standard applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, web, photoshop is a plus)
  • Strong administrative expertise and good financial understandin
  • Able to multitask across multiple teams, projects and countrie
  • Driving licence
  • Excellent personal education, independent and proactive
  • High level of commitment, extremely trustworthy, flexible and discreet.
  • Positive and dynamic. No 9-to-5 mindset; flexibility is essential.



What's on Offer

  • A temporary contract with the possibility of permanent employment.
  • Working Hours: Ideally part-time (50%, 60%, or 80% schedule), although a full-time arrangement can also be considered.
  • Hybrid position: The successful candidate will be required to travel to the company's offices in Brussels, Ghent, or Huy approximately twice per month.
