As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient flow of goods, inventory accuracy, and timely order fulfillment. You will work closely with multiple departments to maintain high quality standards, support logistics operations, and deliver excellent customer service.

About Our Client

Our client is an international organization that provides specialized products and services supporting scientific and medical research worldwide

Job Description

  • Process and record incoming and outgoing goods accurately.
  • Manage inventory levels and perform regular stock checks.
  • Pick, pack, and ship customer orders according to quality standards.
  • Prepare and verify import/export documentation.
  • Support quality assurance activities and maintain SOP compliance.
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.



The Successful Applicant

  • Previous warehouse experience, ideally within life sciences, healthcare, or pharmaceuticals.
  • Experience working with warehouse and goods-in/goods-out systems.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and general IT systems.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and accuracy.
  • Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Holds a full Belgian work permit and residency rights, and preferably a valid driving licence (B).
