Voor een innovatieve speler binnen manufacturing zoeken wij vandaag een Production Manager voor de site in West‑Vlaanderen. Deze rol focust op het versterken van de productieorganisatie, het optimaliseren van processen en het aansturen van een team van ±60 FTE.
De organisatie bevindt zich in een belangrijke evolutiefase waarbij professionalisering, structuur en duidelijke operationele standaarden centraal staan.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van de productieafdeling, waarbij je zowel mensen als processen optimaliseert. Dankzij jouw technische kennis zorg je voor een veilige, efficiënte en kwalitatieve werking van de productielijn.

Je stuurt een productieteam aan en zorgt voor structuur, efficiëntie en kwaliteit binnen jouw shift. Tegelijk bouw je actief mee aan een sterke teamspirit op de werkvloer.

Je versterkt de technische kennis op de werkvloer door operatoren te trainen, begeleiden en ontwikkelen. Zo zorg je voor meer continuïteit, hogere kwaliteit en een sterker team op lange termijn.
