Description du poste

As Payroll Specialist, you will play a central role in ensuring accurate and compliant payroll operations while contributing to continuous improvements across processes and systems.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing payroll activities from A to Z for a diverse employee population.
  • Ensuring accurate processing of payroll inputs, salary calculations and statutory obligations.
  • Acting as a key contact for payroll, compensation and social legislation-related questions.
  • Monitoring legislative developments and ensuring compliance with Belgian labour and social security regulations.
  • Collaborating with HR, Finance and external partners to ensure smooth payroll operations.
  • Preparing reports and analyses to support business decisions.
  • Contributing to payroll optimisation, digitalisation and process improvement initiatives.
  • Supporting audits and payroll-related control activities.

Profil recherché

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Law, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of payroll experience within a complex environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Belgian payroll legislation and social law.
  • Experience with payroll software and digital HR tools.
  • Fluent in Dutch and comfortable working in French and English.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented and solution-driven mindset.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
