As the HR Operations Manager, you will oversee the entire payroll process for our Belgian workforce. You will lead a dedicated team, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies while implementing best practices in payroll management.

Your experience in payroll will be essential to ensure a smooth payroll processing for our 350 (white-collar) employees at our headquarters based in Belgium as well as at our branches in France, Germany, Italy, the UK and the Netherlands + to manage news projects in Compensation & Benefits.

As a Payroll Specialist Senior, you will coordinate all the activities related to pay (payroll, administration and tools) to ensure payroll is managed efficiently, within the set timeframes and in compliance with legal and regulatory obligations for work conditions and industrial relations. The scope of the role will be varied with an international dimension as you will work closely with our team based in Poland.
