Nous recherchons pour notre client, société internationale avec un esprit familial, basé à Angleur, un Payroll & Administration Manager pour gérer le personnel de l'entreprise et piloter la paie (scope international).

Your experience in payroll will be essential to ensure a smooth payroll processing for our 350 (white-collar) employees at our headquarters based in Belgium as well as at our branches in France, Germany, Italy, the UK and the Netherlands.

As a Payroll Specialist Senior, you will coordinate all the activities related to pay (payroll, administration and tools) to ensure payroll is managed efficiently, within the set timeframes and in compliance with legal and regulatory obligations for work conditions and industrial relations. The scope of the role will be varied with an international dimension as you will work closely with our team based in Poland.

We are looking for a Senior Specialist to oversee payroll administration, compliance, and employee benefits processes and work on HR projects.

The payroll & HR Specialist has to ensure pay is processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with government regulations.

Your experience in payroll will be essential to ensure a smooth payroll processing for our 350 (white-collar) employees at our headquarters based in Belgium as well as at our branches in France, Germany, Italy, the UK and the Netherlands + to manage news projects in Compensation & Benefits.
