Als Freelance Customer Service Specialist ondersteun je het team bij het beheren van de end-to-end customer service activiteiten binnen een industriële context.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de opvolging van bestellingen, voorraad, creditnota's en klachten, en zorgt voor een optimale service door nauw samen te werken met interne stakeholders zoals logistiek, productie en sales.

Een uitdagende functie als Supply Chain Manager waar samen met je team verantwoordelijk zal zijn voor de (productie)planning, het voorraadbeheer én de distrubitie naar klanten.

As a Freelance Inventory Planner, you will join the EMEA Supply Chain team and report to the Supply Chain Manager.
