Als Customer Care Specialist ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en beheer je in- en outboundcontact (geen verkoop), van opvolgen van aanvragen tot het inplannen van afspraken en het behandelen van eerstelijnsvragen. Omdat we een nieuwe customer care afdeling opstarten, zoeken we bij voorkeur iemand met ervaring die dit proces mee kan uitbouwen, begeleiden en later nieuwe, onervaren collega's kan opleiden
