Als HSE‑verantwoordelijke word je het kompas voor veiligheid, preventie en compliance binnen een site van ongeveer 60 medewerkers. Je combineert strategie met dagelijkse zichtbaarheid op de werkvloer en krijgt alle ruimte om verbeteringen te realiseren.

Als Quality Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opzetten, onderhouden en verbeteren van het kwaliteitssysteem en het waarborgen van de veiligheid. Je combineert strategische taken met hands-on betrokkenheid in de productie en het aansturen van een QA-team van 9 FTE.

Als Quality Manager word jij de architect van kwaliteit, processen en digitale veiligheid binnen een dynamische havenomgeving waar je elke dag écht impact hebt. Je krijgt de kans om een nieuw domein mee vorm te geven, processen slimmer en veiliger te maken en jezelf razendsnel te ontwikkelen richting een sleutelrol in de organisatie.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opzetten en implementeren van veiligheidsstrategieën en het creëren van een cultuur van zero tolerance voor incidenten. Je werkt nauw samen met het SHE-managementteam en traint medewerkers om veiligheid topprioriteit te maken.
